Significant Achievements:
- Working closely with the CEO, managed the transition of Coverack, Grade Ruan C of E, Manaccan, St Keverne and St Martin Primary Schools from Local Authority to working as a MAT, identifying and implementing all the new systems and processes required.
- Working closely with the CEO, managed the transition of Coverack, Grade Ruan C of E, Manaccan and St Keverne Primary Schools from the Keskowethyans Multi-Academy Trust to the Southerly Point Co-operative Multi-Academy Trust.
